We want you to feel completely confident with your kiid products. If something’s not right, get in touch.
You're entitled to a refund or replacement if your product is faulty or doesn't match the description.
If you believe your order qualifies, email us at hello@kiid.com.au.
To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
Please note: We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any skin care products unless faulty.
To receive a refund, your product needs to be returned to us in it’s original condition. We recommend that you return the product via registered post, and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit. Kiid Company Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit.
