We want you to feel completely confident with your kiid products. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

You're entitled to a refund or replacement if your product is faulty or doesn't match the description.

To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Please note: We’re unable to offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.

To receive a refund, your product needs to be returned to us. We recommend that you return the product via registered post, and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit. Kiid Company Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit.

Once we have received the returned product, please allow 3-5 days for your return/refund to be processed. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
