Standard shipping Australia wide costs $7
Express shipping is available for orders within Australia.
All Australian orders over $40 receive free shipping and handling.
NEW ZEALAND
Standard shipping to New Zealand is available from $10
Delivery
Standard Trackable Shipping via Auspost takes 2 to 8 business days (varies by location).
Express Shipping takes 1 to 3 business days (varies by location).
In the unlikely event that your parcel is unsuccessful in delivery and is returned to our address, an additional freight charge will be applied to re-send your order.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel completely confident with your kiid products. If something’s not right, get in touch.
You're entitled to a refund or replacement if your product is faulty or doesn't match the description.

To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
Please note: We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any skin care products unless faulty.
To receive a refund, your product needs to be returned to us in it’s original condition. We recommend that you return the product via registered post, and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit. Kiid Company Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit.

When can I expect my refund to be processed?
Once we have received the returned product, please allow 3-5 days for your return/refund to be processed. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
